Don Drummond

Don Drummond is the Matthews Fellow in Global Public Policy at Queen’s University and Chair of the Commission on the Reform of Ontario Public Services.  From 1977-2000 he was with the Federal Department of Finance serving as Assistant Deputy Minister, Fiscal Policy & Economic Analysis; Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, Tax Policy & Legislation; and Associate Deputy Minister.  He was appointed Chief Economist & Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group from 2000-2010. Mr. Drummond received a BA Economics from the University of Victoria, and both a MA Economics and Doctor of Laws honoris causa from Queen’s University.
