Dr. Anita Molzahn is an international leader in quality of life research, particularly in relation to chronic illness and aging. She is currently Professor and Dean, Faculty of Nursing, University of Alberta. As the Canadian principal investigator for the WHOQOL projects, she is has been actively involved in the development of measures to facilitate cross-cultural study of quality of life in both healthy and ill populations. She is frequently sought after as a speaker and has been a mentor for many students, faculty members, and practitioners. Dr. Molzahn has been recognized with many awards for both her research and leadership contributions.
