ANDREA BAUMANN

Andrea Baumann is Director of the Nursing Health Services Research Unit (McMaster University site) and Associate Vice President, Faculty of Health Sciences International. Her research has been supported major granting agencies (eg, CIHR, SSHRC and CHSRF and has made significant contributions to health services research and nursing health human resources by influencing work environment policy formation at the provincial and national level. Her publications cover a broad range of health service topics including issues of turnover, the changing nature of work, work environments and employment patterns of nurses.
